Astro Mate (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Service”), operated by Stefan Djokic (SDEE3), is a dating and astrology app. These Safety Standards describe our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how we handle child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to every user, every piece of user-generated content, and every interaction on the Service, including dating profiles and dating messages.
1. Our commitment
Astro Mate has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. We are committed to keeping the Service free of content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, and to acting in accordance with our standards and applicable law when we learn of it.
2. Definitions
- CSAE (child sexual abuse and exploitation) refers to content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, for example, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.
- CSAM (child sexual abuse material) is any visual depiction — including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery — involving a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal, and we prohibit its storage, sharing, or solicitation on the Service.
3. Our standards
- 18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any feature of Astro Mate, including the dating and matching features (see our Terms of Use). We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the Service and will remove such accounts when we become aware of them.
- No sexual content involving minors. Users may not submit, share, request, or solicit any content depicting or describing minors in sexual contexts, and may not engage in or facilitate grooming, sextortion, or any other sexual exploitation of a child — on or off the Service.
- No circumvention. Users may not attempt to evade our age requirement, moderation, or enforcement, or use the Service to arrange contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Consequences. Violations of these standards are grounds for immediate removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of accounts, and referral to law enforcement and/or the relevant child safety authorities.
4. How to report
If you encounter content or behavior that you believe involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, please report it.
4.1 In-app reporting
Astro Mate provides an in-app reporting mechanism that you can use without leaving the app:
- Dating: the Report action on a user’s dating profile and on individual dating messages.
Reports go directly to our moderation team. You can add free-text notes so we understand the context.
4.2 Direct contact
You can also report directly to our child safety point of contact by emailing privacy@sdee3.com — see Section 6.
4.3 Emergencies
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first. You can also report suspected CSAM to a national hotline, such as the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org or an INHOPE member hotline in your country.
5. How we respond
- Review. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team. We may also automatically flag content that appears to violate these standards (see our Privacy Policy for what is retained).
- Removal. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on the Service, we remove it, terminate the responsible accounts, and preserve the relevant records — acting in accordance with these standards and applicable law.
- Reporting to authorities. Where required or appropriate under applicable law (including, where applicable, 18 U.S.C. § 2258A), we report CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant law enforcement or child safety authorities, and we cooperate with their investigations.
- Enforcement. Violations are subject to the moderation and enforcement practices in Section 9 of our Terms of Use, up to and including permanent account termination.

7. Compliance and best practices
We comply with applicable child safety laws and follow the Tech Coalition’s developer good practices for combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse. We review these standards regularly and update them as our practices and the law evolve.
8. Changes to these standards
We may update these Safety Standards from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when published on this page.
